Water terrain must be before other terrain #58

According to LR document "Understanding and Building DSF Base Mashes" from 2015, water terrain must be in the order before any other terrain in order to make use of alpha channel of texture underneath the water. MUXP currently also generates layers of water patches after terrain patches. Is this an issue? Or is this just about the order of the terrain definitions which MUXP keeps?
