cut_path has elevation issues #59

When cutting a path, elevation is changing in steps at new 3d-coordinates instead of smooth going up. Probably an issue that occurs just in curves when the elevation from previous segment is chosen. To be checked. Other option is to support spline elevation.

Solved in newes release. Issue was if polygon for path was anti-clockwise and changed.
