Easy fix for this on user side is to use not the full path but again just the relative one to Custom Scenery folder. This works, as the link to the foll path is also stored in Custom Scenery folder. So in example above just use SCENERYPACK Custom Scenery/zOrtho4XP+11+099/ even if the pack is on an other drive and make sure you have the dynamic link created inside Custom Scenery.

Within the scnery_packs.ini file it is possible to specify locations outside the Customs Scenery Folder. MUIXP should reflect this and also be able to adapt such mesh dsf files.
