Problem Programming W25Q256FV #24

Hi I have a problem with ASprogrammer using CH341a . I Can write erase W25Q256FV correctly but when it comes to Programming the flash it writes the BIN file to 0x01000000 which is second 16MB . Is there any same experience ?
