Add gd25b64bpig #50

cant find that chip,tried gd25q64b and same versions but doesnt work

GD25B64C(gd25q64b) has same id C84017. If program cannot read id (reading something like ID(9F): FFFFFF or ID(9F): 000000) then there is a problem with connection/power/something else.
