package.json missing noflo prop #2

package.json should have the noflo property, to properly expose graphs and components to those using noflo-react through npm (e.g. with browserify/noflo_optimized).

This is expected, these compontens are not for node.js... grunt-noflo-browser should only rely on the components being present in from component.json. If not that sounds like a bug there.

The noflo prop is not required since 0.7
