as part of #10 kb articles were added with a public field. this field is specifically there to enable the article to be publicly available. Add the required features for public KB articles.

Requirements

[ ] Prevention of some html tags. i.e. iframe within markdown.
[ ] Validation of markdown to ensure no excluded html tags
- [ ] unit test this
[ ] ability to configure kb path within url.
