It would be a very handy feature of the ticketing system to see any assigned tasks or a button that navigates to new page that has a list of tasks that are assigned. Ideally there would be Assistance tasks, ITIM tasks and project tasks available to navigate. Adding the ability to then filter these tasks would be a very welcome addition.
The concept to this request is so that a user doesn't need to go searching through tickets or projects to find a task and can instead be shown a list of all tasks and then select that task to work on.
