Project API fields for linking items #314

There are currently no fields available on the API to link any items such as changes, projects, tickets, software, devices etc...

This needs to be included to allow items to be linked to a project during import

changes which is a ticket, is linked to a project by adding it to the project this is the same as ALL tickets. see docs.
