As a bug tracker I require the ability to view the detail of an open bug so that I can see the description and other key details of a given bug.

Acceptance Criteria

Ability to click on a bug to open it
Must be able to see bug Title
Must be able to see bug Description
Must be able to see bug Created/Opened Date
