Accents are not correctly displayed #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download and install the portable version from http://portableapps.com/
apps/education/bpbible_portable.  Install also aditional resources when 
asked.
2.Change the interface language to spanish.
3.  Strange simbols appears instead of spanish accents.  Greek accents in 
strong headwords aren't showed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See accents for greek and spanish languages

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BPBible 0.4.5.1 on Windows XP SP3

If the problem happens with one particular module (Bible, commentary,
dictionary, or book), what module is it?

Please provide any additional information below.

The problem with Greek display will probably depend on the font you use.  Using 
Verdana, I get similar problems.  Using Arial it displays fine.  I suggest you 
try a 
different font (at least for the KJV), though I don't know which ones will work 
best 
with Greek.

As far as I can tell, the Spanish translation is exactly as it has been 
submitted to 
us.  As I do not speak Spanish I can't comment on whether it is meant to be 
that way or 
not.

The spanish translation had the wrong encoding specified; I fixed it in r1022.

As for the greek font problem, you can set the language for greek individually 
in the
fonts dialog; if you select greek, it will change the font for greek even in 
other
languages.
