Error: [onReady] Retrieving device failed on 1.7.5 #50

I still have disconnection errors with 1.6.7 on a regular basis several times a day. Adapter goes red and has to be manually restarted.

[onReady] Retrieving device failed! [onReady] Logon error at Zendure cloud service! Error: [login] Failed to login to Zendure REST API! AxiosError: timeout of 10000ms exceeded

Happens also with new App and firmware. Seems to be cloud related.

Today the adapter again went offline. Latest version installed 1.7.5

I recognized when battery charging in ioBroker got stuck at 18%. It is 21% now in the Zendure App so it was only a few minutes ago. I manually restarted the adapter.
