added greeting in Tamil 'vanakkam' in nohello.js #150

In Tamil, it's pretty popular to greet in this way. Tamil has around 66.0 million speakers according to Wikipedia (2007 estimate). Its 5th most spoken language spoken in India, and the first four (Hindi, Bengali, Marathi and Telugu) all have a similar word "namaste", which is already added.

I support🙋‍♂️ it should be in Tamil - "வணக்கம்" not as vanakkam @AryanGitHub
