안정적인 데이터 저장을 위해 DB 도입

메모리 데이터로는 Transaction 처리 불가 별도의 저장 기능 불필요

  1. 임베디드 DB 또는 파일 DB 세팅하여 연계
  2. jdbc template 만들기
  3. 기존 repo 로직 쿼리로 변경
