Github integration #3

Unsure how much of a github organization that should be visible do discord. Typically there is sensitive data in the form of emails/usernames/names that should probably not be dumped to a channel such as discord. Previously lists for grading etc. has been made available, but potentially problematic as they contain emails..

Same as with #2, problematic because of the possibility of sensitive data(names, emails, etc.) leaking. Could implement and disable module by default, or fine-grained function enabling?
