Less support #69

Added .less file for those who are using less instead of scss.

FYI...The latest 'release' of nsPopover v0.6.7 does NOT include the new 'less/ns-popover.less' file.

Not sure if you want to release v0.6.8 or move the tag to the current master branch.

+1 less/ns-popover.less is clearly on master and NOT on 0.6.7
