Feedback on the landing page graphic

For me the landing page graphic is very difficult to read with the low contrast between white font and light blue background, to the point where I have to open it up full size do even read some of the smaller bubbles. Maybe this is compounded by the hard contrast between the black and light blue?

Some smaller things I've noticed:

• There is two slightly different shades of blue used between the upper and lower bubbles
• In the "BIKE COUNTER" bubble the text is underlined, but not for any other bubble
• The "MOBILITY" and "TRAFFIC" boxes don't have the white border that all the bubbles have

On the content side, should we add some tourism data sets as well? Currently it's mobility only
