Current situation: no data visible anymore (even the station metadata!)

To dos:

[ ] understand if the issue is related to the source side (e.g. web-service not providing data anymore) or on the ODH side
[ ] in the case the issue is at the source side, solve the problem; otherwise notify the problem to the Data Provider
