Current situation: everything clarified technically and "commercially". Catch & Solve is making some final adjustments to the Data Collector, which can then finally integrate in our architecture

The dc is now running in testing environment and I changed the name from on-street-parking to parking-onstreet-merano

@dulvui @Piiit I have tested the data stream in the testing environment. In my opinion, it's all OK, but I would fix one point: the associated types should be the same as the other on-street parking Data Collector. I will ask CatchSolve to fix this and to make a new PR before going into production.

I merged now the PR and its running on testing. @rcavaliere let me know if everything is fine now, then I'll deploy to production.
