A22 Traffic Data Collector has some issues in the elaboration chain (right data aggregation) #510

We have some issues in the part of Data Collector (developed by Catch & Solve) which elaborates automatically the raw traffic data. The ideal output is this one:

Now the situation is this one:

It seems that there are a lot of intervals in which the computation is not done (result = 0).
