As CISMA I would like to have the full metadata provided by A22 for the traffic stations, and a mechanism to always provide the last metadata available

At the moment we don't have all metadata for the A22 traffic stations. This was related to the fact that the raw data are initially collected in a separated, elaborated automatically and then given back to the Open Data Hub. CISMA has requested to add this information since it is useful for some AI-based developments based on this data. The data should be integrated from the "raw data flow elaboration pipeline".

Tasks:

• [x] Chris integrates these additional fields and implements the automatic update of the stations' metadata
• [x] @dulvui will check if the C&S Data Collector correctly integrates the new fields
