Recently I opened the echarging webcomponent and every station seemed to be out of service for a short while.
Some Echarging stations also have thousands of associated metadata records with flipping "state" field multiple times a day.
I suspect there is an issue on the provider or data collector end, which I would like to investigate and possibly find a workaround
