As an A22 data user I would like to get the metadata of all events type, including some new events types recently added #610

The A22 Traffic Data Collector has internally a mapping table between the events' codes and their meaning. Since there are new events in the A22 systems, currently some of them are not properly mapped in the Open Data Hub. We should update the mapping table with the the contents of the attached document
