Use database schema versioning tools like Flyway to handle database changes inside the code

• [ ] Introduce flyway
• [ ] Create a baseline schema
• [ ] Remove deprecated stuff, like bdppermissions etc. from the schema itself and also from production and testing databases (manual work)
• [ ] Remove deprecated files in SQL folders and scripts to not confuse developers
