Not all parking areas have predictions #16

Some parking areas don't have a prediction, so the layout of the page gets messed up. A new style should be defined. Maybe by showing parking areas with predictions first and then the areas with no predictions after, to have them separated.

Not all parking stations/sensors have predictions, so the visualization is correct
