MetaData API: ApiUrl and SwaggerUrl are empty on single record #306

The MetaData API provides the fields ApiUrl and SwaggerUrl. The fields contain data when the list of MetaData records is fetched (see https://api.tourism.testingmachine.eu/v1/MetaData?pagesize=100), but are empty when a single MetaData record is fetched (see https://api.tourism.testingmachine.eu/v1/MetaData/it.bz.opendatahub.accommodation).

This seems to be a bug in the MetaData API.

@RudiThoeni as a followup question: should ApiUrl and SwaggerUrl be editable by the user?
