update table datasets #539

Hi @gappc as requested by @sseppi i changed the table of the datasets, the row "Open Data" now displays the sentence "All publicly (without a login) available data is either under license CC0 or CC-BY."

I saw that you add dependencies for nvm and update to the package.json file. What are the reasons for doing that?

Hi @gappc, my mistake, I am sorry. I was not supposed to include include those changes. I am going to make another PR without those changes in the package.json file. I am sorry
