As a Developer I want a more prominent link to Swagger, to have a quick access to it. #579

During the UI/UX TEsting it emerged the following comment:

The link to the Swagger documentation was rather often overseen by participants.

My proposal would be the following. Add to the documentation box in the "Export Dataset" sidebar (maked in the red bordered box in the following screenshot) the following links:

Link to the official documentation, if possible to a section related to the Dataset or the domain
Link to the Swagger, if possible to the dataset section (for the screenshot below the link would be the following: https://tourism.api.opendatahub.com/swagger/index.html#/Accommodation/AccommodationList)
