During the UI/UX tests it emerged the following comment.
During the application of the filters some difficulties and misinterpretations could be observed:
The usage of the operators was not clear - esp. for information seekers and content editors with low technological know-how.
In case of multiple filter conditions: it was not clear for participants which button should be applied/ whether the one clicked activated all filter conditions.
Action suggested for the point 1:
[ ] the customer care should better document the operators and include more examples in the documentation
[ ] shall we rename with a more human understandable name the operators options?
Action suggested for the point 2:
[ ] Review the design of the sidebar especially when more than one filter is set. We could consider to keep only one button to apply one filter.
