As a data editor and data viewer logged in the Data Browser I want to configure my settings in order to adapt as much as possible the Data Browser to my needs.

what kind of user settings should be supported (e.g. view configs, language preferences, ...)
where to store user settings?
how to view / modify user settings (UI, UX)
