ToDos:

[x] forward to Daniel Rampanelli the configuration file generated by Mailman for Postfix
[x] let Daniele Rampanelli know when the migration of the mailman machine is done
[x] create jenkins pipeline

Old Mailinglists will no longer be used. We will setup a new infrastructure with Mailman3 and have a fresh start with mailinglists which get used.
