As a developer i want to optimize Reference Handling. On update/save update also Fields like LocationInfo.Names also if this fields are deprecated, so the data is always actual #360

The idea is to have on "save" the DB Call to the actual -LocationInfo -WebcamInfo and set all values right

WebcamInfo could be reduced to the referenced ID
LocationInfo has to be updated on each save
RelatedContent could be simplified

to Test: Add the LocationInfo Update also to Importer.... maybe also update it on the raven source otherwise it will always have changes triggered and pushes to MP
