[ ] Dimension needs to implement it on the app first

As written in the Ticket We need some work on Dimension side To construct the right FCM Message Dimension has to provide me:

-Deeplink to event. (In case of the Noi News it is noi-community://it.bz.noi.community/newsDetails/{ID_of_the_data} -message.to (in case of the Noi News this is "/topics/newsfeednoi_LANGUAGE"
