Restructure Datasets section

Your feedback Section Dataset, after fixing #214, is beconimg extremely long and its structure needs to be rethought. Probably the best solution is to strip the list of datasets and the Data Providers from here and move it to other (own?) sections.

I found a solution, at least to accommodate the changes introduces in #214. I think however that this issue is still relevant, tough, so I will keep this open.

The changes to be done the Dataset section involve also the Accessing the ODH section. This will be their new structure:

• Accessing the Open Data Hub
  • Browser access
  • Programmatic access
  • The Open Data Hub Virtual Knowledge Graph
  • [new dedicated AlpineBits section] will be done in #225
• Datasets
  • Data Providers
  • Datasets in the Mobility Domain
    • Technical Information
    • Traffic
    • Mobility
  • Datasets in the Tourism Domain
  • Technical Information
  • Datasets in Other Domains
  • Authentication [this can be moved to a topic:: at the beginning of the section]

Section License of the JSON Responses will be moved under Appendix 2. Licenses and replaced by a link.
