Issue 224 new filters tourism #230

Doc for rawfilter, rawsort, and removenullvalues.

The main URL of the Tourism api has changed from https://tourism.opendatahub.bz.it/api TO https://tourism.api.opendatahub.bz.it/v1

The old url still works, and there is a redirect from api/ do v1/

Maybe we can upgrade also the url in the these filter examples, i've seen there is still the old url inside?

Hi Rudi,

I think also all other link in the dataset section are wrong, see e.g., https://docs.opendatahub.bz.it/en/latest/datasets.html#accommodation-dataset and need to be fixed.

If this is true, then please merge this PR and I will take care of the URL change in a separate issue, so we keep track of it, what do you think?

I would also take the chance to define a new "shortening" to be used, so whenever these links change, it suffices to change a configuration option and not all links.

This links are already right i think we already corrected it image

i noticed in this PR the example of fields filter etc... the usage of old url

for me it is fine, i will merge the PR and we will take care of the URLs in another Issue
