Open Data Hub Tourism Wiki Extension #246

Hi @lukmay i saw you extended the Wiki on Tourism with this points

-The result set seems incorrect when a structure does not have an active offer -Availability and License of images -What caused no data availability with source “trevi” -WeatherCode. Enumeration of weather scenarios -Can a data record in the Open Data Hub be sorted? -Prefix of IDs (Examples: GASTRO, smgpoi) -When are venues active? -What is the total count of lodging structures? -Can company details be shared with third parties? -How is WineAward related content created? -Where and how are new smgtag/odhtags created? -Who can modify Badges? -How do Activities and Pois sync between TIC Web and Open Data Hub?

In the section Tourism domain FAQ, i inserted more generic topics like a field filter works etc.... so i think it would be better to create another section (at the same level as Additional information on tourism datasets / Tourism domain FAQ is) maybe "Knowledge Base Tourism" could be a good name

And move all more specific issue there?
