Replace acronym "ODH" with "Open Data Hub" #264

As decided by the team the acronym ODH has to be replaced with "Open Data Hub" everywhere.

There are still a brace of ODH acronyms that I can not remove, because they refer to external resources, where they are used. For example, in https://docs.opendatahub.com/en/latest/howto/generic/noievents.html#creation-of-a-new-noi-event I mention "Once logged in, click on ODH Data ‣ Events NOI ‣ Events EURAC NO". If you follow the link to the databrowser, that page contains ODH DATA, so I can't remove them.

@mrabans, besides my previous comment, please also note that the logo we use (in the upper left corner) still contains O P E N D A T A with the same space between every two letters, so please provide an updated version of the logo so I can replace it, thanks!
