Fix outdated hyperlinks #269

There are still a few places where old links pop up, like e.g., when opening a new issue using a template:

Describe the issue A clear and concise description of what the bug is. If it is related to a certain page, please add a link, ex. http://opendatahub.readthedocs.io/en/latest/intro.html

Additionally, check all existing links using make linkcheck.
