Implementation of an additional feed which uses specification v2.1 for the bike sharing data of Merano

To do list:

[x] New GBFS profile definition (mapping with available data)
[x] Converter implementation and integration with prototype system architecture
[ ] Testing by @rcavaliere

This should be part of GBFS-Feed converter implemented in #5 The OTP client does not use it since it does not support this version of the GBFS specification

Hi @rcavaliere , in order to proceed with this implementation I need the following data:

Meran docking stations center position (lat/lng), a name for the station and the area (poligon) for the drop-off
For e-bike I need the furthest distance in meters that the vehicle can travel without recharging (at least an average value)
rental apps link in the stores android/ios if exist for Meran/Bozen
if enabled in the apps the discovery_uris android/ios... https://developer.apple.com/documentation/uikit/uiapplication/1622952-canopenurl?language=objc
rental web-app links for Meran/Bozen

Maybe I'll need more data, but this should be enough.

all relevant information are available in the attached CSV file (parking.csv.zip) -> parkings.csv.zip
let's put here just an estimate, let's say 20 kilometers
