this PR include new User Interface in a new docker container listening on port 80

@bertolla I'm just resolve conflicts..

please let me know if all CI code works fine

(now journey app run on port 80)

I noticed that the ci pipelines didn't trigger on it's own and fixed it. In the future the CI will trigger automatically and the you should get feedback right away (build takes around 10 minutes )
