As an end-user I expect that the selected layers on the map remain even after a trip search or other similar action on the portal #92

This happens mainly on mobile. The opening of the menu for the layers and the map styles is also not optimal (see screenshot)

@stefanocudini this looks much better but I don't find any way to close this menu. I expect that this is done when checking on the layers menu button (see below) IMG_3274

the normal behavior is that clicking or dragging the map closes the menus. (I tried from my mobile device this works)

we will investigate if it is feasible to close them even when is changed the selection of the switches

@stefanocudini ok, I see. But I recommend a button for closing the window (could be just be a "x" like for the tooltip associated to the bus stops)
