Insert "Feedback" button in the footer #41

Please insert a button "Feedback" in the footer. By clicking to this button the user will be redirected to an online questionnaire. The correct links to be inserted will follow in short time.

Functionality approved by stakeholders. The suggestion is to colour the button in orange, as the button "beta" at the top, so that it is more visible.

Ok, links added. But I strongly suggest to make this link more visible by colouring it in orange, as the button "beta" at the top.
