As a Sustainability apps user I would like to have a second MVP of the web-component implemented

• [ ] integration of ummadum APP data
• [ ] application of reference design (incl. filtering possibilities in relation of the sustainability APP)
• [ ] adaptation of the Open Data Hub Web Component configurator

As indicated in the proposed UX review below, in this case we have to consider the "APP" filter. An additional complexity is also related to the fact that the selection of a "Sustainability Action" makes sense only if an APP is selected; if all APPS are selected, then the "Sustainability Action" filter should be disabled.

In the case APP = ummadum, Organisation selected: if a «Sustainability Action» is chosen, the UX is the same, since in ummadum the KPI are calculated separately, just the challenge KPI should be highlighted
