Enable fast scrolling #423

Hello, This is a big surprise that an Rss reader like gReader, which is supposed to aggregate hundreds or thousands of news, disabled Android "fast scroll"

Fast scroll is the slider that we see on Windows PC where someone holds down the slider to scroll quickly on multiple pages.

What is the feasibility of enabling Fast scroll?
