We could get something like this, https://www.amazon.com/Zone-Large-Heavy-Rubber-Parking/dp/B085P221F5 and install it ourselves if we can figure out how to attach it securely to the driveway. Must talk with neighbors/landlord!

There are bollards in front of the side exit, which is one of the emergency exits for the building for NB and our immediate neighbors upstairs and downstairs. The bollards aren't far enough away from the door to prevent a car from parking in such a way that the door isn't useful as an emergency exit. In short today a car was parked right up against the door making it only openable for a very skinny person to maybe squeeze out.
Easy fix for this would be installing a curb/parking stop, like a bumper, to the driveway.
