We have a lot of nicer flat screens with HDMI, having a ton of CRTs isn't that useful.

The one exception is to have one CRT and a backup for gaming archives, as many retro games can only be played on a CRT (Super Smash Bros Melee anyone?). So they'll be upstairs where the games are.

sounds good. where is the staging area and am I right that staging is meant for giving people a heads up before donation/trash?
