Establish a commitee of people to maintain and periodically audit safety issues like:

• [ ] access,
• [ ] fire safety,
• [ ] emergency exits,
• [ ] eyewash station,
• [ ] first aid kits and readiness,
• [ ] emergency contacts posted,
• [ ] signage
• [ ] NERT type of stuff
• [ ] electrical shutoff
• [ ] water mains
• [ ] awareness / labelling of hazard materials
• [ ] bottle of inert argon and 5 gallons of propane
• [ ] inventory and control on flammables cabinet
