Hey @SuperQ, I don't have to add new people to group_vars/all/users.yml as well, right?

Also heads up @rizend and @elimisteve -- this PR gives you more access. Better to have multiple people locally with the same access as SuperQ, especially as I'm taking a step back.

Hrm, allyourbasepair doesn't have a corresponding user definition in group_vars/all/users.yml.
