group_vars: Adding TJ and whittling others to/from secretary/treasurer. #331

Hello! Please accept this humble pull request, which, as aforementioned as per previous subject heading, adds TJ to secretary/treasurer, and purges other fine gentlepersons from historical purvue.

Would this be related to the following on Gandi.net

"Noisebridge Hackerspace" has been deleted

The organization Noisebridge Hackerspace (Noisebridge), of which you were a member, has been deleted by one of its owners. It will therefore no longer appear in your list of organizations, and any permissions that were granted to you as a member of any teams under that organization have been revoked.

Just want to make sure you still have access to noisebridge.info domain (owned by mindfu afaik) since it seems to no longer be working.
