New version with astrotime fixed

The authenticator test doesn't seem to work right now; I believe this is because the time chosen is now(), which of course changes every day so the test will depend on that.

Long time no change. Also, simplicity of regular hours seems to be more simple. If you disagree, bring this suggestion up at a meeting (Are in you SF right now?)
